Partner programme terms

Short form. These are the terms you accept when your application to the ROAScal partner programme is approved. Last updated 9 September 2026.

  1. 1. Commission

    30% of net subscription payments (ex-VAT, after refunds) for 12 months from the referred customer's first payment.

  2. 2. Attribution

    Last-click, 60-day cookie, or coupon code at checkout.

  3. 3. Payout

    Monthly on the 15th for commissions older than 30 days; £50 minimum; PayPal or Wise.

  4. 4. Prohibited

    Self-referrals, paid search on ROAScal brand terms, coupon/deal sites, misleading claims (including any ROAS outcome claims not published by ROAScal), spam.

  5. 5. Disclosure

    Partners must comply with ASA/CAP and FTC disclosure rules.

  6. 6. Changes

    We may adjust or end the programme with 30 days' notice; accrued commissions are honoured.

  7. 7. Governing law

    England and Wales.
