Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ROAScal (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including agencies, brand managers, and UGC creators.

ROAScal provides AI-powered tools for analysing websites, generating ad copy, and creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. The Service is provided as-is and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

• ·You must have the legal right to advertise the products and services you promote via ROAScal.
• ·You are responsible for ensuring all campaigns comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Google's Advertising Policies.
• ·You must not use the Service to create ads for prohibited categories including gambling, adult content, weapons, or misleading health claims.
• ·You are responsible for the accuracy of all ad copy before publishing — review AI-generated content carefully.
• ·You must not share your login credentials or allow unauthorised access to your workspace.
• ·You must comply with all applicable advertising laws in the jurisdictions you target (including UK CAP codes, EU consumer protection laws, and US FTC guidelines).

When you connect a Meta or Google Ads account, you authorise ROAScal to create, read, update, and delete campaigns on your behalf using the permissions you grant during OAuth. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the ad platform.

ROAScal is not responsible for ad spend, campaign performance, or account suspensions resulting from campaigns created through the Service. You remain the account holder and advertiser of record.

ROAScal is a subscription SaaS. Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Ad copy and strategy reports generated by ROAScal's AI are provided to you for commercial use. You own the output — we don't. However, we may use anonymised usage data to improve our models.

The ROAScal platform, design system, and underlying software are owned by ROAScal Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAScal Ltd is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; lost revenue or profits; ad spend losses; account suspensions by Meta or Google; or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if your ad platform accounts are suspended due to policy violations. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
